Step 1
You must be a permanent or seasonal resident of Florida and be able to provide supporting documentation of your Florida residency or seasonal residency status.
Step 2
You must have a qualifying medical condition which is currently being treated and be able to provide documentation of your qualifying condition 
Step 5
Once your Identification Card application has been approved, you will receive and email notice. Then you are able to contact a licensed medical marijuana treatment center (MMTC) and fill your order.  Patients may only purchase medical marijuana and medical marijuana delivery devices from a state-approved MMTC.
Step 3
A face-to-face appointment with a qualified physician.
Step 4
At your initial appointment, the patient and their caregiver will be entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry by their Qualified Physician. Once you have been entered into the Registry, you must complete your application for the card.
