Service Description

This service is only for patients who don't need any changes to their current orders. If you need to request exemptions, additional routes or higher milligrams, please book an appt for Recertification/Cannabis Follow-Up. If there are no appointments available, please contact avery.md@pm.me to schedule.

Cancellation Policy

This service is only for those with stable orders, not requiring any modification or adjustments. Within 24 hours of booking and completing the necessary form, you will receive an email informing you that your orders are in place and the date of order expiration. If you require changes to your current order, you must book the other Recertification appointment.
