Service Description

Initial visit for MMUR patients established with another qualified physician, but are now transferring their care to Dr. Avery. As with new cannabis patients, by law, this must be a face-to-face appointment.

Cancellation Policy

This service is only for those with stable orders, not requiring any modification or adjustments. Within 24 hours of booking and completing the necessary form, you will receive an email informing you that your orders are in place and the date of order expiration. If you require changes to your current order, you must book the other Recertification appointment.
